Shipping and Delivery:
At Iowa Bagpipe Supply our goal is to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately.
You can place orders online using PayPal or a major credit card. You can also call or email us.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. (Domestic Shipping Only)
*We charge a flat rate of $7.99 no matter how large your order. (offered only in the continental United States)
Customers outside of the continental United States:
Please contact us by phone at 641-521-8181 or by email ron@iowabagpipe.com to receive a shipping quote and to place your order. Orders outside of the continental United States will be shipped via International Express Mail with tracking number and signature. (All prices at Iowa Bagpipe Supply are quoted in American dallars)
Refund, Return and Exchange Policies:
Iowa Bagpipe Supply wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if it's defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange a return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, however.
*Please Note: We cannot accept returns of reeds due to health reasons.
Returns:
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the items are still in new condition and are returned in the original product packaging. *We will pay return shipping charges only if the shipment was Iowa Bagpipe Supply's error.
Exchanges:
Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 15 days, the appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account. *We will pay replacement shipping charges only if the shipment was Iowa Bagpipe Supply's error.
* Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately and save all the packaging. Iowa Bagpipe Supply will provide return postage, arrange for return services, or will make adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.
