At Iowa Bagpipe Supply we always work hard to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately. You can place orders online using PayPal or a major credit card. You can also call or email us. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. Appropriate shipping charges will be calculated immediately at checkout. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. (Domestic Shipping Only)

Refund, Return and Exchange Policies:

Iowa Bagpipe Supply wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if it's defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange a return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, however.

*Please Note: We cannot accept returns on reeds due to health reasons.

Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the items are still in new condition and are returned in the original product packaging. The shipping cost of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser. *Except as noted below.

Exchanges:

Replacement products sent in exchange for a different size, color or similar item will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail at no charge to the customer. Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 10 days, the appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account.

* Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately and save all the packaging. Likewise. if an item is received in error, contact us immediately. In any of these instances, Iowa Bagpipe Supply will provide return postage or arrange for UPS return services, or make adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.
