Refund, Return and Exchange Policies:Iowa Bagpipe Supply wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if it's defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange a return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, however.
*Please Note: We cannot accept returns of reeds due to health reasons.
Returns:We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the items are still in new condition and are returned in the original product packaging.

Exchanges:Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged.
