Hose Flashes

Put the Kilt Hose on pulling them all the way up your leg. Wrap the elastic of the Garter Flash around your leg a couple finger's width below your knee. Fold the patterned top of the Kilt Hose over the Flash, allowing about a 2" to 4" section of the Flash to show on the outside of your leg.
