Gibson Fireside Pipes

Gibson Fireside Pipes are made from Cocobolo Wood and come with Poly stocks and a very harmonically true Poly chanter, a synthetic bag, velveteen bag cover, silk cords and your choice of Brass or Imitation Ivory mounts. The pipes are fitted with Gibson plastic reeds for low maintenance and a very short learning curve.

This pipe is perfect for indoor practicing *(won't get you thrown out of the house), or playing at Ceilidhs and parties. The drones are full and rich (beautiful harmonics with the chanter) and are very steady.

Our Key of "B flat" Fireside Pipe is best suited for personal enjoyment, playing at home or while traveling and is ideal for playing with keyboard accompaniment. The Key of "A" Model has a lower pitch and is particularly well suited to playing with fiddles, guitars, whistles or vocal accompaniment.
